Order Terms

Orders
Orders can be placed online or we can schedule your catering orders in person at our Cottonwood Mall Food Court Store or through our phone line at 505-738-3505. Once orders are confirmed online through email there will be no refunds once preparation time has started. In person or over the phone orders can do a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking followed by 25% non-refundable deposit once order processing has started and remaining 50% balance due at pickup.

Scheduling & Payments
Orders need to be schedule 7 days in advance to allow preparation time. Online payments are processed 100% directly after completing order through our square site through credit card payment only. If you would like to pay cash or check before your event please email BarkadasABQ@gmail.com.
Orders above $1000 will require a credit card authorization form completed. Please contact BarkadasABQ@gmail.com to get a digital form emailed.

Pickup or Delivery
Our online ordering system offers pickup and delivery options. Please make sure to select the correct tabs before placing the order. If you would like to change any of these options after processing your order, reach out to BarkadasABQ@gmail.com with your order number and we can update the order.
For pickups we hold your order for 2 hours maximum in our hot holder if you are running late. If there is a time change PLEASE contact our team asap so we are aware. It's important to communicate with BarkadasABQ@gmail.com if you're running late for pickup or there is a time change so we can accommodate you.
In person catering will require a serving fee. Please contact our team at BarkadasABQ@gmail.com to discuss a quote.
